The way of designing and building houses is changing. Studio Bowie Nijdam is very much aware of the fact that we have to reduce the environmental impact during use and production of the places we love to live in.
That’s why, in 2020, we started a collaboration with Fabrika Rauna in Letvia. They are specialized in producing pre-fab Tiny Houses and residential family homes and offer a wide range of standard models but also custom solutions. Through their years of experience in the Scandinavian market, they are able to create durable homes that are suitable for any season and climate.
Studio Bowie Nijdam designs the interior and climate systems for the Fabrika Rauna houses, suited to the wishes and budget of the client. The entire production process of the house and interior is done in house in the factory which makes the process much more efficient en reduces the carbon footprint.
